NOTICE is hereby given that on March 13, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court, located at 401 Lomas Blvd., Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 3 Jennifer Drive, Sandia Park, NM 87047 in Bernalillo County, and more particularly described as:
LOT 410 OF SANDIA KNOLLS SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JUNE 29, 1962, IN PLAT BOOK D3, FOLIO 38. A.P.N. 103306324934210118.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment entered on March 29, 2013, in the amount of $129,866.30, with interest accruing at 6.500% per year from March 12, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Plaintiff or its investor, successor-in-interest, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
