NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
On February 12, 2014 at 9:15 a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Denise Barela Shepherd, Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400Lomas NW Albuquerque, New Mexico, a hearing will be held to determine whether a Personal Representative should be appointed for ABELINO MONTOYA. The purpose of this proceeding is to appoint a Personal Representative. If the Court finds that ABELINO MONTOYA is in need of a Personal Representative, the Court at the hearing shall also consider whether HOPE MONTOYA should be appointed as Personal Representative of ABELINO MONTOYA. The Court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as Personal Representative.
The Court may, on its own motion or on request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time.
