NOTICE OF INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
This Notice is being sent to those heirs and devisees that have or may have some interest in the estate of the decedent who died on February 27, 2013.
Joseph Manuel Sanchez filed a request for appointment as personal representative of the estate of the decedent. On February 17, 2014, Joseph Manuel Sanchez was appointed personal representative with no bond. The personal representative is charged by the court with administering this estate pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court.
You are entitled to information regarding the administration of the estate from the personal representative. Papers relating to this estate are on file with the Bernalillo County New Mexico District Court and are available for your inspection there. In addition, you can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including without limitation, distribution of assets and the expenses of administration.
If you have a claim against the estate you should present your claim within two (2) months after receipt of this notice, or the claims could be forever barred. Claims must be presented either to the undersigned personal representative at the address listed below, or filed with the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, at 400 400 Lomas NW, New Mexico 87102 (P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103).
