NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on May 1, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 4606 Fairfax Drive NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as: LOT NUMBERED TWENTY (20) IN BLOCK NUMBERED ONE (1) OF SANDIA VISTA, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE ALAMEDA GRANT, T. 11 N., R. 2 E., N.M.P.M., ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON APRIL 19, 1979 IN BOOK D9, PAGE 105.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment entered on March 17, 2014, in the amount of $144,700.20, with interest accruing at 7.250% per year from October 11, 2013, forward.
The Default Judgment may be obtained from the court clerk prior to the sale date. Everbank, its investor, its assignee, or its successor-in-interest has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
