NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DONALD E. NIELSON, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD E. NIELSON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, BRUCE J. PUMA, JR., for the Estate of DONALD E. NIELSON, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of DONALD E. NIELSON. Said petition waives the final accounting, formally probates the will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Co-Personal Representatives from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 27th day of May 2014, at 10:15 a.m., before the Honorable CARL BUTKUS.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
