NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that BAILEY TYLER HAGAR, by and through his mother and sole legal guardian, LETITIA MARIE COLUMBUS, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, a minor child over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from BAILEY TYLER HAGAR to BAILEY TYLER COLUMBUS, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Judge on the 20th day of May 2014, at the hour of 3:40 p.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, NM.
