Rose to David M. Rosewater, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 9th day of June 2014, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW Albuquerque, New Mexico.
