NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Conservator has been granted the powers and duties of a Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael W. Colling pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-5-425E. All persons having claims against this estate are required to present their claim within two months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be (a) either presented by mail or in person to the undersigned Conservator at the offices of the attorneys for the Estate (Walker & van Heijenoort, 4263 Montgomery NE, Suite 230 Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, Attn: William G. Walker) or (b) filed with the Bernalillo County District Court.
