TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EILEEN H. HANRAHAN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EILEEN H. HANRAHAN, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by Mary Hanrahan, will be held at 9:35 A.M. on August 4, 2014, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
