AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on July 24, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master will sell to the highest bidder near the front door of the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court, at 401 Lomas Blvd., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 3300 La Veta Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED ONE (1)_IN BLOCK NUMBERED EIGHTEEN (18) OF THE PLT OF BLOCKS 13 THROUGH 25 INCLUSIVE OF ALTAMONT, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, OF FEBRUARY 9, 1953.
THE REAL PROPERTY OF ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3300 LA VETA DRIVE NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110. IF THERE IS A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND THE REAL PROPERTY ADDRESS, THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SHALL CONTROL.
WITH MORTGAGE COVENANTS.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order of Sale, and Appointment of Special Master entered on April 23, 2014, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $72,231.93, with interest accruing at 5.92% per day from March 7, 2013
The Default Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order of Sale, and Appointment of Special Master may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. BOKF N.A. d/b/a Bank of Albuquerque, successor by merger to Bank of Albuquerque, N.A. has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment, or a portion thereof, to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF THE TITLE AND THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING.
