GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that Plaintiff Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP (“Plaintiff”) has filed a civil action against you to foreclose its Mortgage recorded in the Clerk of Bernalillo County on October 2, 2002 in Book A42, Page 6942, as Document Number 202127294. The property subject to the Mortgage is located at commonly known as 2715 Eastridge Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED ONE (1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR (24) OF THE PLAT OF BLOCKS 23 TO 39, INCLUSIVE, OF BRENTWOOD HILLS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON MAY 31, 1955, ON PLAT BOOK D1, FOLIO 140.
If you do not file a responsive pleading or motion within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this Notice, judgment by default will be entered against you.
