NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Amber Cox, by and through her attorney, Keith Findlay of, Findlay & Dziak, LLC, has filed a Petition to change the name of her minor child from SARAH LEILANI SCHUMAN to SARAH LEILANI COX.
This petition will be heard before the honorable Carl J. Butkus District Judge, on the 21st day of August 2014, at the hour of 11:35 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
