NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Melissa L. Kelley, by and through her attorney, Keith Findlay of, Findlay & Dziak, LLC, has filed a Petition to change the name of her minor child from YASMINE ADRIANA DAVILA to YASMINE ADRIANA KELLEY.
This petition will be heard before the honorable Carl J. Butkus District Judge, on the 21st day of August 2014, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
