NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Barbara Ann Kistler, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he/she seeks to change her name from Barbara Ann Kistler to Barbara Ann Herrington, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable JUDGE C. SHANNON BACON, District Judge, on the 31st day of July 2014, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW Albuquerque, New Mexico.
