NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brianna Lynnae Frazier, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Brianna Lynnae Frazier to Brhíannon Lynnae Winton and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 30 day of July 2014, at the hour of 2:15 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Alb, New Mexico.
