NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fermin Eutimio Mathew Muñoz Gonzales, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Fermin Eutimio Mathew Muñoz Gonzales to Fermin Matthew Gonzales, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Judge, on the 4th day of August 2014, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
