NOTICE is hereby given that on August 14, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 1415 Dona Arvelia Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED FORTY-FIVE-P1 (45 P1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED SEVEN (7) OF THE PLAT OF PUNO DE TIERRA ESTATES, UNIT 3, IN THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MAY 11, 2004 IN PLAT BOOK 2004C, FOLIO 147.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Judgment entered on July 3, 2014, in the amount of $168,592.96, with interest accruing at 7.375% per year from May 2, 2014, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee have the right to bid at the sale and to apply their judgments or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
