TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSEFINA VALADEZ, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEFINA VALADEZ, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by OLIMPIA MARTINEZ as Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate, waiver of the final account and distribution of all assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Court, 400 Lomas N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, before the Honorable Valerie Huling on August 28, 2014 at 8:45 a.m.
Pursuant to Section 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
