TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JANE E. OATMAN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JANE E. OATMAN, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the appointment of Alison R. Oatman as personal representative of the estate of the decedent and for formal probate of the decedent’s will, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on August 29, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Alan Malott. Pursuant to NMSA § 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
