NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wally K. Underwood, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Wally K. Underwood to Wally Kieth Underwood, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Ned Fuller, District Judge, on the 4th day of September, 2014, at the hour of 2:15 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
