TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ANTONIO GONZALES, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANTONIO GONZALES, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by Martha Cardenas, will be held at 8:45 A.M. on October 8, 2014, before the Honorable Valerie Huling, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA, 1978 notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
