TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EUGENE R. CASAUS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EUGENE R. CASAUS OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of hearing is hereby given on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will, for
Determination of Heirship and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative. Said
Petition requests an Order which determines the heirs and devisees of the decedent, formally
probates the will, formally appoints Johanna Marie Casaus as personal representative and orders
that Letters Testamentary be issued to Johanna Marie Casaus.
Hearing will be held on November 5, 2014, at 10:00 AM at the Bernalillo County
Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Valerie Huling.
Pursuant to Sec. 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing of said
