NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION AND SALE
A public auction will take place at 300 San Mateo SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108 on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 10:00 am. The following property will be sold:
A 2004 Emissions Analyzer IS49; EIS # 5000; Electrical Rating 110-120 VAC 60Hz 10 A; Date of Manufacture 05/04; Serial # NM510078
The sale will be held pursuant to NMSA §§ 48-3-13, 14 to satisfy a landlord’s lien for rent and other charges due under a lease and for costs of collection and sale in the amount of $10,000.
The terms of the sale are: cash or other “current funds” in lawful money of the United States, with the sale going to the highest bidder. The property must be paid for and removed at the time of sale.
