NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VICTORIA KING, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER TO BE HEARD BY THE COURT AT THE HEARING DESCRIBED BELOW.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Last Will and Testament and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed herein on August 14, 2014, by Diana Owens (“Petitioner”), will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the Petitioner that the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament dated June 19, 2007 be formally admitted to probate; and that the Petitioner, Diana Owens, be formally appointed Personal Representative of the Decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration without bond.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review. Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
