THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: DEVISEES, HEIRS, AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARGARET ELIZABETH BROWNING DANIELS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by the undersigned Petitioner or Personal Representative, which Petition provides for a Formal Probate of Will, Determination of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative in Ancillary Proceedings will be held before Judge Valerie A. Huling at the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 17th day of November, 2014, at 8:45 a.m.
At that time the Court will consider Petitioner’s request for the Formal Probate of Will, Determintation of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative in this Ancillary Proceeding.
Pursuant to §45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
