TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BARBARA ANN BARR, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA ANN BARR, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, surviving sister of BARBARA ANN BARR, which petition requests an Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative in the Estate of BARBARA ANN BARR, Deceased, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on December 1, 2014, at 9:15 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1-401(1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
Unless you file an objection to the hearing or matters requested and set forth in the Petition within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice, it is requested that the Court enter an Order approving matters requested in the Petition.
