NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1. This notice is being sent to those heirs and devisees who may or may not have some interest in the estate of the decedent.
2. The decedent died on October 13, 2014.
3. J. Roger Hamlet filed an Application for Informal Probate of Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative in the above named Court requesting that the Will of decedent executed on July 25, 2012, be admitted to informal probate, and that J. Roger Hamlet be appointed personal representative. J. Roger Hamlet is named in the Will as personal representative.
4. On , the Court issued an Order appointing J. Roger as personal representative to serve without bond.
5. Bond has not been filed.
6. The personal representative is charged by the Court to administer this estate pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Probate Code, NMSA §45-1-101 et. seq. without supervision by the Court. You are entitled to information regarding administration of the estate from the personal representative. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Bernalillo County Probate Court and are available for your inspection. In addition, you can petition the Court in matters relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and the expenses of administration.
