You are hereby notified that Plaintiff Green Tree Servicing LLC (“Plaintiff”) has filed a civil action against you to foreclose its Mortgage recorded in the Clerk of Bernalillo County on February 9, 2006, in Book A111, Page 9295, as Document Number 2006019382. The property subject to the Mortgage is located at commonly known as 1306 Ojo Feliz Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED NINETY-FIVE (95) OF VISTA MANZANO, UNIT 2, CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON OCTOBER 5, 2000 IN MAP BOOK 2000C, PAGE 265.
If you do not file a responsive pleading or motion within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this Notice, judgment by default will be entered against you. The first date of publication is November 14, 2014.
