TO: DEVISEES, HEIRS, AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARGARET ELIZABETH BROWNING DANIELS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by the undersigned Petitioner or Personal Representative, which Petition provides for a Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative will be held before Judge Clay Campbell at the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 9th day of December, 2014, at 3:00 p.m.
At that time the Court will consider Petitioner’s request for the Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative in this proceeding.
