NOTICE OF MISSING PERSON
Please take Notice that Timothy J. Jackson has filed a Petition in the above referenced action to determine the death of his wife, Mary L. Jackson, who disappeared on September 30, 2013. The basis for the determination is that Mary L. Jackson was suffering from depression and considered potentially suicidal at the time of her disappearance. Her vehicle was located near mile marker 10 on the Crest Road and contained her cell phone and purse. It is believed that she hiked into the Sandia mountain wilderness with her daypack and a bottle of water.
Anyone having information concerning the whereabouts of Mary L. Jackson subsequent to September 30, 2013 should contact the undersigned attorney immediately.
