NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF CODICIL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Victoria Eichenberg and Judy E. Pholotchski, whose addresses are shown hereinbelow, and all unknown heirs, devisees, and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
Matter to be heard: Petition for Formal Probate of Codicil and Appointment of Personal Representative.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned has filed with the above-named Court, a Petition for Formal Probate of Codicil, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on January 7, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., for 15 minutes at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 5th Floor, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Nancy Franchini, District Court Judge. This Hearing will consider said Petition and if approved the Court will render a judgment admitting the Codicil to Last Will and Testament of Juanita M. Sanchez dated May 6, 2003 to probate as and for Decedent’s Will and appointing the said Victoria Eichenberg as Personal Representative of the Estate.
Dates of Non-Availability of counsel are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
