NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that David L. Marianetti and Oliver L. Marianetti have been informally appointed as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorothy Elizabeth Marianetti, deceased. All persons or entities having claims against this estate are required to present their claims within two months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred pursuant to NMSA 1978, as amended, Section 45-3-801. Claims must be either (i) presented to the Co-Personal Representatives, c/o the undersigned attorneys for the Co-Personal Representatives, at the attorneys respective addresses set forth below, or (ii) filed with the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court, Attn: Probate Division, P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103, and a copy mailed to the undersigned attorneys at the attorneys respective addresses set forth below.
