Please take notice that the undersigned, Adamantios Pantazopoulos, also known as Andy Pandazis, has filed a Petition for Establishment of Name in the Second Judicial District Court, in the County of Bernalillo and State of New Mexico, and he is giving this notice pursuant to Sec. 40-8-2 NMSA 1978.
The Petition is to legally establish Petitioner’s name as Adamantios Pantazopoulos.
You are hereby notified that a hearing to consider the Petition for Establishment of Name has been set at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 12, 2015, at 9:55 a.m., before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge.
