NOTICE OF SUIT
TO DEFENDANTS: “THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ALBINA MAZIA” and “ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST”
You are hereby notified that a suit has been filed against you in the said court and county by the above-named Plaintiff in which Plaintiff requests judgment establishing her claim to, and quieting title in, the following described property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico:
That certain parcel of land lying within the exterior boundaries of the Alameda Grant in Township 11 North, Range 1 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, described more particularly by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which is common to the South line of the Alameda Grant and to the corners of Sections 16 and 17 in Township 11 North, Range 2 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian;
THENCE N0 °02’E a distance of 8,545.10 feet to a point;
THENCE S89° 55’30”W a distance of 10,701,08 feet to a point;
THENCE S0 °02’W a distance of 3,946.68 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 994.09 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
and Southwest corner of the parcel herein described;
THENCE North a distance of 657.78 feet to the Northwest corner;
THENCE East a distance of 331.11 feet to the Northeast corner;
THENCE South a distance of 657.78 feet to the Southeast corner;
THENCE West a distance of 331.11 feet to the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING, containing 5.0 acres, more or less; including any gas, oil or minerals rights now owned by Grantor.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, an appurtenant easement over the North, East, South and West 20.0 feet of said property unto Grantor and all personal claiming under it and unto the general public for road purposes, and reserving said easement unto Grantor and all personal claiming under it for the placement, maintenance and operation of public utilities.
SUBJECT to taxes for the current and subsequent years, assessments, building restrictions, zoning regulations and patent reservations of record in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in said cause within thirty days from the last day this notice is published, judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default and the relief requested will be granted.
