TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF OREN S. EMMONS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF OREN S. EMMONS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition to Convert Informal Probate to Formal Probate, for Formal Determination of Heirship, and to Confirm Estate Property, filed by Carey F. Emmons, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on February 26, 2015, before the Honorable Alan Malott, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
