NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ANNETTE JEAN ENTREKIN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNETTE JEAN ENTREKIN, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Appoint Personal Representative, to Transfer Remaining Estate Assets and for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate filed by the undersigned Petitioner, which Petition provides for the appointment of the Petitioner as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Annette Jean Entrekin, deceased (“Estate”), that the remaining Estate assets be transferred pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Annette Jean Entrekin and that the Estate be fully settled and the Personal Representative of the Estate be discharged, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable Victor S. Lopez, on February 16, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2014), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
