ORDER SETTING DATE FOR HEARING ON PETITION OF AN HEIR FOR ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
This cause coming on for hearing before the Court on the Petition of ANTHONY VALLEJOS, to fix a date for hearing on his Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the 5th day of February, 2015, at 2:45 p.m. be, and it hereby is, fixed as the time for hearing objections, if any, to said Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative, and that at such time the Court, in the Office of the District Judge at the Courthouse in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, will examine the Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative, approve the same, if found to be correct, enter its Order formally determining the heirs of the decedent, formally appointing ANTHONY VALLEJOS as Personal Representatives of the Estate of said decedent, and ordering Letters of Administration to be issued to ANTHONY VALLEJOS upon qualification and acceptance.
