Hearing on the petition filed by the petitioners, Michael D. Hughmanick, Douglas D. Hughmanick, and Gail H. Alberti, which petition provides:
The last will of the deceased, the heirs and the devisees under the will, and the nomination of Michael D. Hughmanick, Douglas D. Hughmanick, and Gail H. Alberti, as personal representatives, without bond, in an unsupervised administration
will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 on February 3, 2015, at 2:15 p.m. before the Hon. Nancy J. Franchini.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
