TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHANNON L. LUNDSFORD, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHANNON L. LUNDSFORD, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HERINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned petitioner or the personal representative, which petition requests an adjudication of intestacy and appointment of Personal Representative, will be held before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Judge at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 3, 2015, 2:00 p.m. for 30 minutes. Matter to be heard: Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative. Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
