NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Phil Dayn Wilmon Vivian Mason Bush, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Phil Dayn Wilmon Vivian Mason Bush to Phil Dayn Bush Vivian Maison Bush, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable JUDGE ALAN MALOTT, District Judge, on the 12 day of March 2015, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
