NOTICE is hereby given that on March 12, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 7800 Ranchwood Dr. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK NUMBERED (5) OF THE AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT MAP FOR LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION UNIT 1-B. A PORTION OF TRACT 2, EL RANCHO ATRISCO PHASE III, WITHIN THE TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT, ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON JANUARY 12, 1984, IN PLAT BOOK C23, FOLIO 9.
Which was Incorrectly Recorded in the Mortgage as:
BEING LOT NUMBER 8 BLOCK 5 IN AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT MAP FOR LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION UNIT 1-B, A PORTION OF TRACT 2, EL RANCHO ATRISCO PHASE III, WITHIN THE TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK C23 FOLIO 9 OF BERNALILLO COUNTY RECORDS.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Judgment entered on February 3, 2015, in the amount of $47,533.60, with interest accruing at 10.900% per year from November 7, 2014, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. SW Linear Investment Group, LLC, its successor, investor, or assignee have the right to bid at the sale and to apply their judgments or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
