TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, Jeanne Alice Sundermann will apply to the Honorable JUDGE ALAN MALOTT, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 9:00 o’clock am., on the day of APR 16 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Jeanne Alice Sundermann to Jeanne Alice Nieto.
