TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, Dusten Marie will apply to the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS, District Judge of the 2nd Judicial District, at the Bernalillo Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas NW, New Mexico, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. on the 4th day of May, 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for change of name from Dusten Marie to Sharon Wilkerson Weller Marie.
