NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ASHLEY CLAIRESE SANCHEZ IVERSON, resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Ashley Clairese Sanchez Iverson to Ashley Clairese Sanchez, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable NANCY J. FRANCHINI, District Court Judge, on the day of May 13 2015, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Boulevard, NW Albuquerque, New Mexico.
