NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Elise Stanger, parent and next friend of Broderick William Houston, resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition for Name Change of Minor Child in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change Broderick’s name from Broderick William Houston to Broderick William Stanger, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Valerie Huling, District Judge, on the 28th day of May, 2015, at the hour of 8:45 AM, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
