Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal
Representative filed by the undersigned petitioner or personal representative, which petition provides for formal probate proceedings requesting admission of the Will to probate and appointment of a personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable C. SHANNON BACON on June 11, 2015, at 1:30 P.M.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
