CASE FILE FOLDERS
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed bids from prospective bidders for the establishment of a pricing agreement for customized case file folders.
The ITB will be issued on April 10, 2015. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access the ITB and other Bidding Documents online after 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2015, at the following web address:

Examples of the Court’s professionally printed folders will be available from April 10, 2015 through May 8, 2015. Requests to receive samples can be obtained by notification to the Procurement Manager. The deadline to submit a sealed bid in response to the ITB is May 8, 2015. Bids must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date no later than 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time).
