TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DUANE LANG, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DUANE LANG, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Verified Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative and Determination of Heirs filed by Susan Troy, Personal Representative, which petition requests an order determining the heirs of the decedent and of complete settlement of the estate by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on June 30, 2015 at 9:45 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Clay Campbell.
Pursuant to NMSA § 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
