NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Rudy J. Candelaria, Placida Silva, and Donald Candelaria, whose addresses are shown hereinbelow, and all unknown heirs, devisees, and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
Matter to be heard: Petition for Formal Administration of Estate, Determination of Heirs, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned has filed with the above-named Court, a Petition for Formal Administration of Estate, Determination of Heirs, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on May 27, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. for 15 minutes at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Court Judge. This Hearing will consider said Petition and if approved the Court will render a judgment opening administration of the Estate of Frank Candelaria, determining the Decedent’s heirs, and appointing Rudy J. Candelaria as Personal Representative of the Estate.
