years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo
County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from ALTA L. WILLIAMS-FORD
to ALTA L. FORD, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Judge, on the 5th day of August, 2015 at the hour of 1:25 p,m., at the
Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
